Delivery Time

Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Order Cutoff Time: 06:00 PM (EST) (Monday-Friday)

Order Processing Time / Order Processing Time: 1–3 Days (Monday-Friday)

Transit Time / Delivery Time: We understand that you want to get your order home and the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the order is shipped.

Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that can lead to minor delays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

Change order information or address

We are aware that it may be necessary to change the order or delivery address. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or delivery address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot promise that adjustments can be made after the order has been placed.

Change and cancel orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing your order.

Late delivery, damage or loss during transportation

If goods are lost or damaged during transit, we will do everything in our power to assist you.
